The Discovery Call costs £35, which is fully redeemable against the cost of a future appointment.

Functional Medicine Clinic Lab Tests
We offer a variety of well-researched and evidence-based tests to help you live a healthier and happier life. Your personal treatment plan is backed by scientific research, with doctors selecting the most appropriate tests for your specific needs.
You can expect to pay between £150 and £375 for your lab tests, and we will always inform you of any additional fees.

Your journey begins with a 15-minute call with our team. We’ll briefly explore what’s been going on with your health, what you’re hoping to achieve and answer any initial questions you have about our approach. We’ll then help you understand whether our clinic is likely to be the right fit for your needs and, if so, guide you towards the most appropriate next step.

Before your consultation, you’ll complete a comprehensive health questionnaire covering your current symptoms, medical history, nutrition, lifestyle and the events that have shaped your health over time.This allows us to start building a picture of your health before we meet.
Pre-Consultation Review
We prepare before your appointment
Your doctor will review your questionnaire and relevant medical information in detail before your consultation, looking for patterns, connections and areas that warrant deeper exploration. This means your appointment can be spent understanding your health in greater depth rather than simply collecting information.
Initial Consultation
Understanding what may be driving your symptoms
During your 75-minute consultation, we explore your health story in depth - how your symptoms developed, how different aspects of your health may be connected and the factors that could be contributing to how you feel today. Using a Functional Medicine approach, we bring together your history, symptoms, lifestyle and clinical findings to develop a more complete picture of your health.
Your Personalised Clinical Plan
A clear roadmap forward
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised clinical report bringing together our key findings, clinical reasoning and recommendations. Your plan may include further investigations, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, supplements or other therapeutic interventions where clinically appropriate. Recommendations are prioritised and sequenced so you understand what to focus on, when and why.
Put Your Plan Into Practice
Supported implementation
This is where your recommendations become part of everyday life. You begin implementing your personalised plan, completing any agreed investigations and working through the priorities identified with your clinical team. The emphasis is on achievable, targeted changes rather than trying to change everything at once.
